Hi!! Yeah! I think a 9×13 would work, especially if it has taller sides. If not, I’d still recommend making the entire recipe because the components are good on their own. :) Or you can try using multiple baking dishes!

Hi Alexa! Just when I was trying to figure out an easy, yummy dinner for this week I got your email and decided I’d try this for tonight’s dinner. I have pined for a beautiful Le Creuset for years, but unfortunately haven’t been able to get one just yet. I have a small cast iron Dutch oven but I am positive it won’t hold all that deliciousness. Any suggestions on what else I could use? Stockpot on the stovetop maybe and a 9×13 glass casserole dish in the oven?

You should try it with sweet potatoes, in addition to all the ingredients. Amazing!
