It was a big hit with the kids and the hubby. I did add a little Earth Balance margarine to the Frank’s to cut the spice for them. We then made wraps with tofu, whole wheat tortillas, shredded lettuce, green peppers, and pickles. (What I had in the house.)

Your recipe was a great way to make a quick, crowd pleasing meal with things I normally have on hand. Thank you!!
