This is great! Never thought I’d see the day that a vegan Primanti’s sandwich existed! I’m originally from Pittsburgh (I live in DC now) but when I was a grad student at Duquesne, I don’t think Primanti’s even had vegetarian options, let alone vegan options. The folks I worked in the lab with always made fun of me and asked me how I could resist Primanti’s but there was no way I was eating that meat! Will definitely have to try this!

You know I’m making this! I just tried a recipe for a celery seed slaw (don’t puke) that I think would be perfect on this. YUMMM
