In reply to Laura. Oh man! Make sure you blend everything well and really get in there and squeeze the mixture into balls. You could also try using an extra Tbsp. of flax for binding!

So glad to know that you can bake them! Another thought I had – You could try pressing the “meat” down into a mini muffin tin. That way they’d be a little less delicate! They’d be muffin-shaped, but they’d still taste delish :)
