I only recently discovered that baking tofu makes it SO MUCH BETTER! that being said, I’ve only done it once. And it was SO GOOD. I can’t wait to try this recipe. I’ve found letting a heavy object drain the water before cooking it is the key for crisp tofu–can’t wait to make this!
