Love how quick and easy it is to throw together (especially since I always have cooked lentils awaiting me in the fridge).

In my family, we had “Martone Family Taco Night”, aka a weekly taco bar with all those awesome fixins and as many taco shells as we could fit in our bellies. And ohhhh were those the best. nights. ever!
