Just made these for my 2 year old and our family. Been looking for an easy healthy cookie for my toddler. They’re in the fridge now. But I was wondering, how much salt? It isn’t in the ingredient list. I put 2 shakes of salt from my shaker. And then when do you add the flax seeds? I ended up adding them when I added the oats. Really excited for my kiddo to try them out!

Hey, Geraldine! I don’t include caloric information on my recipes. You can use a tool like MyFitnessPal to calculate it :)
