I like the combination of both, but you can used all rolled oats if you want! You’ll probably just have to use less if you go that route so that the dough isn’t too thick. I’d start with 1/2 cup total, and increase from there. :)

You could try cashew flour! I haven’t tried it, but I’ve heard those two flours are similar. Let me know if you try it!
