Awesome! I’ve never actually worked with rice-bran oil before. If you want to give it a go, make sure it’s in a liquid form, then proceed with the rest of the recipe. As I mention in the post, I much prefer this cookie straight from the fridge (it’s a little crumbly warm/at room temp.), but you can probably keep it out at room temp. for a day. If you try it, let me know what you think! :)
