Hi, Dana! It helps dry out the dough a bit. You can try subbing a few Tbsp. almond flour it in its place though!

He kept saying how good they are and was the best thing he had all day even after eating delicious salmon and veggies. Well, now I’m doubling the recipe and making more!!! Thank you so much… I’ve baked a lot of gluten free and ended up tossing it out and the flours etc are not cheap so this go around will double to have on hand since I know they will go in the mouth and not in the trash…Thank you so much!!!
