In reply to AJ. hahaha I TOTALLY understand. The key is those thick oats! My oat-hating boyfriend actually ate one of these parfaits after I was done with them, and he actually liked it! And that lemon whip is just perfect. In fact, I'm making just the whip today for Father's Day ;)

I ‘ve never heard of an Arnold Palmer but I just went googling and now I’m totally intrigued! Well.. actually… first off I just got some golfer but when I added drink I was intrigued, haha! Now I kind of want a drink named after me too…

This looks so so good though! I never would have thought of using brewed tea in overnight oats!

I have to admit that when I read the subject line, I said, ‘nope.’ A lover of all things lemon with Arnold Palmers included in that fun, I’m not so big on oats. But then I looked at your fab pictures and thought maybe the thick grain oat could be the key. I’ve been reformed and am going to give this a try. If nothing else, I’m bound to love the lemon whip!
