Totally agreed! I love getting my greens in as early as I can :)
As for the leftover spinach pulp, I’m sure you could skip the straining; however, I’d be nervous that your final oatmeal would be a little grainy. Bleh haha Personally, I’d re-freeze the pulp and use it for smoothies!
