Its absolutely breathtaking in color. I topped mine with black sesame, toasted walnuts, and toasted pumpkin seeds with parsley and wells of olive oil. Made homemade pita chips too.

Definitely! They probably won’t be as sweet, so you might need to add a bit more sweetener to the final dip. Just taste as you go!
