Thanks!

I also use the dehydrated pulp from making nut milks. To use them in recipes you usually have to add back in some fat and sometimes some protein, which is what’s coming out of the nuts when you’re making the milks. For this recipe I added 1 tablespoon of earth balance and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. You could also probably omit the earth balance and add extra flax meal as it has both fat and protein. Then I let the dough sit for a while to let it absorb the liquid and make sure it wasn’t too crumbly before rolling it out and baking it off. Hope this helps!

I will making them again and again and again. I used my new bag of mixed of Superseeds hemp, chia and flax and mixed it with the almond flour. I added some sea salt on top and they were delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I also posted a picture of mine that I did in one big piece so you can take as much or as little and you want.

Hey, Kimberly! I definitely think it could have been the homemade almond flour. I use Bob’s Red Mill’s almond flour which is ground pretty fine. Perhaps your flour was a little too coarse? Or maybe too dry? I’m really not sure because I haven’t made homemade almond flour from leftover pulp before. :/

I measured everything perfectly. Im wondering if there is a difference between homemade almond flour and store bought? I’ve been recently making my own almond milk and saving the leftover pulp and dehydrating it to use as flour. None of my recipes have been coming out very well….. Any thoughts??

These crackers are so easy and delicious with all your favorite dips but you don’t have to worry about the damage you may be causing your body like with the store bought kind.
