I’m not vegan, so I subbed parmesan for the yeast. Also used a pretty spicy salsa, so with the two tablespoons of jalapeño it came out pretty hot! (Just like I prefer it :D )

I had it with carrots, selleri and raw broccoli florets as my lunch today, and can’t wait to eat the small portion that’s left tomorrow.
