We really like white jasmine rice, so I just rinse 1 cup under cold water, put it in a pot, add 2 cups water to the pot, bring it up to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes! Then just fluff with a fork and you are good to go :)

In reply to Amber. Good question! Depending on how hungry you are, I'd say it serves 3-4. You can make it stretch by using that brown rice for serving!
